So I decided to check the promotional page for the contraption.

Ok so google shows “cyclops class” is not. a thing that exists. But it sure is funny they keep saying that word. Again maybe it’s just my stupid video game brain but that doesn’t seem to be used in this context anywhere else. Then I saw the renders.

Multiverse stakes are actively counter to my enjoyment of a movie at this point, because when everything is at stake, nothing is at stake. Across the Spider-Verse works for me because, in spite of its reality-spanning plot, the stakes are crushingly intimate. I don’t believe that a film would destroy the multiverse. I do believe that a film would kill Miles’s dad.
We want character development. We want a decent story. We want practical effects. Rehashing the same thing again and again will get the audience to disengage.

Although there were planes used against the miners in the Battle of Blair Mountain, it is not true that this was the first time planes were used to drop bombs on American soil against Americans.
The Battle of Blair Mountain took place in August and September of 1921. Just a few months prior to that, on May 31 and June 1, planes were also used to help destroy the Greenwood district of Tulsa, Oklahoma, a prosperous black neighborhood nicknamed The Black Wall Street. At least 39 people died during the event, which is known as the Tulsa Race Massacre. Hundreds were wounded, and 6,000 black people lost their homes.
Both of these events were hugely important moments in American history.
Ask yourself why neither was taught to you in school. Also ask your local school board.

Bob Iger announced that Disney is going to absorb Hulu, and Hulu will no longer exist next year. All shows will move to the Disney+ app.
Disney also announced they were going to remove shows and movies periodically from their streaming services.
I believe both of these moves are because of the Writers Strike.
Disney knows its going to lose the strike. There is too much public support. Specifically, the WGA is going to win writers getting more residuals from streaming.
So if Disney takes shows off of streaming, they dont have to pay the writers the residuals.
They are going to use excuses like “not enough funding for the server capacity” or “not enough views to warrent keeping the show”. These are BULLSHIT. Its all greed. Its only GREED.
Pay attention to what happens in the following weeks.

It’s even funner when you realise the reason Zoras suddenly acquired multi-century lifespans in Breath of the Wild is purely because Nintendo wanted to do a traditional high fantasy setting, so naturally they needed a High Elf analogue. They looked at the list of standard High Elf tropes, saw “dwells high in the mountains in soaring towers of silver and starlight”, went “right, got it”, and picked an aquatic species.
